SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers International Shipping with tracking. Shipping is free for orders over $30. 

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 6 - 14 days

Oceania (includes Australia): 8 - 14 days

Europe: 8 - 14 days

Latin America: 9 - 14 days

Other countries: 11 - 22 days

NOTE: Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable) and any delays out of our control (noting that we will everything we can to avoid these). 

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

UNEXPECTED DELAYS 

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. 
Deliveries might take longer than expected because of an incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

For Normal Orders Not Found, In transit, Pending or Expired with more than 45 business days (counting from the date you sent the payment to Tilly Dining) for the USA 
and 60 business days for the rest of the world Tilly Dining will issue a 100% refund.

If the shipment, however, was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of war, pandemic, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, and heavy snow. Tilly Dining will not be liable for the delay shipment of the orders caused by unforeseeable delays.

ORDER PAYMENT 
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS 
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST 
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. 
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. 
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.  

STOLEN PACKAGE(S)?

Tilly Dining is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Tilly Dining will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 
  
Please also note that your transaction is protected by our buyer protection program, our policy lasts 30 days after you physically receive the product so if the goods are damaged or not as described you will be compensated 100%.
